This is a beautifully full-bodied Pinot Noir filled with rich cherry and plum flavours, a silky texture and a long, dry finish. Already drinking well and likely to improve over the next three years.
Food Pairing: Duck, lamb and venison as well as roasted vegetable and dishes with tomato, pomegranate or tamarind.
