Cherry, Plum, Spice

Smooth and full-bodied, with ripe fruit and spicy aromas complemented by subtle oak. The palate is rich and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a long, lingering finish. Bright ruby red in colour with crimson hues.

Crafted using traditional winemaking methods, the wine is fermented at 28°C before undergoing 15 days of maceration on the skins to develop colour, structure and aromatic complexity. Following malolactic fermentation, the Garnacha and Tempranillo are carefully blended and aged for six months in American oak barrels, followed by further bottle ageing prior to release. The wine benefits from mature vines, with Garnacha averaging 30 years of age and Tempranillo around 20 years, contributing depth, concentration and character.
