Antipodes Sparkling Mineral Water (1L)
Fine New Zealand artesian sparkling water
Fine New Zealand artesian sparkling water
Description
"Brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. On the nose: a gentle mineral suggestion. One the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with the still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water - which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expressed. There is a definite 'more-ish' quality to this sparkling water - the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds. In enjoying this sparkling water Antipodes have discovered its suitability for preparing the palate for the food I am enjoying, or a fine wine - or both!" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
Bottled water is an essential addition to a beverage program in many dining rooms and bars - customer expectations of quality in bottled water is high, given it is often a discerning choise. While offering filtered tap water should always be an option, you are doing your guests a disservice by denying them a selection of delicious waters, sparkling and still.
Discovering the bottled water that suits your business, food and beverage programme, and customer base can be as exciting and rewarding as finding those fine wines that embellish your list and excite you. A key to discovering a fine water is to taste through a range of waters and guage purity, minera flavours and the sense of satisfaction that each may bring.
Antipodes is fine New Zealand artesian water and offers the highest degree of purity, pristine mineral flavours and a guarantee of quality.
We recommend drinking water from highly polished stemmed glassware.
