Bright salmon. Bright and expressive, with aromas of fresh strawberry, cherry, and juicy apricot, lifted by delicate floral nuances. Lively red berry fruit takes centre stage, supported
by hints of stone fruit. Balanced and refreshing, with a delightful, lingering finish. 

Select parcels of fruit from three sub-regions were chosen for their subtleties in profile. Stainless steel ferment, lees-aged wine added to increase complexity and richness.
