Very intense and fresh with notes of caramel, vanilla, dates intermingled with toasted walnuts, macadamia and almonds. This is a smooth liqueur with a good initial taste assault. It is creamy with rich flavours of full cream, premium pisco 'Reserva' quality, caramel, vanilla and roasted nuts are the main flavours detected. A pleasant long and smooth after taste.
Made with 'RESERVA' quality pisco that has been aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of three years.
Alto del Carmen Pisco is produced through the Cooperativa Agrícola y Pisquera Elqui Limitada, a cooperative of small farmers in the area. Founded in 1938, this cooperative with over 1,000 owners is based on principles of equality and fairness for everyone involved. This is definitely a bottle you can feel good about!
Drink with coffee, ice cream, desserts, premium mixology, and of course on its own or with ice.
