"Fragrant and aromatic with scents of spice and fine lees, floral and nicely complex, nothing overdone. White and yellow apricot then red apple and a seam of peach. A dry wine with a satin texture and filling mouthfeel, flavours of white fleshed fruits and apricot, a leesy spice and generous complexity. "Viognier has the narrowest of windows to harvest the fruit at optimal flavour, sugar and acidity. The best flavours come right at the end of ripening and can dissipate quickly if left too long, luckily our organic Viognier is located right next to the winery. This hand picked vintage has an enticing bouquet of floral aromas, mango and gardenia, along with apricot and orange blossom.
