A dry textured wine touches the palate with polished tannins and plenty of acidity leading before fruit flavours re-emerge. Youthful and taut, complex and new. Akarua is getting ready to bottle The Siren Pinot Noir 2023, a one of a kind cuvee. The first year Edmond de Rothschild New Zealand will release it's top Pinot Noir from spectacular fruit, coming off of the 34 hectare vineyard on Cairnmuir Road. This single site wine is meticulously tasted and blended to showcase its terroir.
