Dry, Grapefruit, Spice
Akarua Riesling is pale lemon straw with clear hues. A lovely fragrant perfume, jasmine, rose, cherry, lemon zest and a hint of aniseed. The palate is dry with sweet citrus, lemon curd, lime, bergamot, granny smith apple, peach. Nicely balanced with bright acidity, minerality and a hint of pink grapefruit mid-palate. Finely textured with a lingering lemon zest finish.
