Cameron Douglas, MS
Description
Mineral, Nectarine, Oak
"An attractive bouquet and palate with enticing scents and flavours of white peach and nectarine, red apple and white fruit spices enhanced by French oak and a pristine acid line. Dry, lots of texture from fruit and some wood tannins, plenty of acidity coating the palate with fruit flavours and spice. Well made, balanced and ready to drink from early 2026 through 2030+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Dec 2025
Bright straw with clear hues. A complex nose of peach, nectarine, flint, and perfume. The palate is full and textural with complex citrus and stone fruit. The wine is concentrated and finely balanced. There is a touch of nougat that leads to a long zesty lemon mineral finish. Cellaring through 2028.
