A delightful drinking experience

Wine Orbit

Description

Dry, Strawberry, Vanilla

"Finely scented, the bouquet shows Gala apple, citrus peel, and ripe strawberry aromas with a hint of savoury overtone. The palate has a delicate texture and fine flow, splendidly framed by beautifully integrated acidity, resulting in a delightful drinking experience. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2025

Scale_-_Dry

A delicate pale pink hue with vibrant aromas of strawberry, lemon zest and wild forest berries. The palate is bright and expressive, echoing the berry notes alongside hints of rose petal, subtle brown spice and a touch of vanilla. Flavoursome, refreshing and beautifully persistent on the finish.

A classic field blend of varieties entirely sourced from gnarly older vine vineyards of the South of France, and crafted into a soft, pale, dry and crisp Rose wine with subtle texture and terrific flavour. Adeline is simply prettiness and vibrancy in the glass.

2024 vintage delivered mixed results, with some regions facing challenging weather while others enjoyed a long, favourable growing season. The wines are aromatic and fresh, showing vibrant red fruit and bright acidity, with promising potential for aging.

100% destemmed and whole berry pressed and left on skins for a short while to impart colour and texture. The juice was inoculated and underwent an uneventful fermentation in stainless steel to dryness. 3 months maturation on less has built in additional structure, weight and mouthfeel.
