Pale, transparent gold with pale yellow tints. Clean and fresh on entry with fresh fruit, floral notes (lime blossom/acacia) and minerality. Smooth and well-balanced on the palate, echoing the aromas found on the nose. The Chenin dominates with its crisp fruit and finesse. The bubbles are dense and long lasting.

Most of the grapes come from the fertile soils of our Montreuil Bellay vineyards and from the older vines growing in Le Puy-Notre-Dame, producing fresh, aromatic wines. With their limestone soils, our longstanding suppliers in Nueil sur Layon and Saint-Hilaire can ensure that they provide us with grapes that possess a lovely aromatic tension.
