A richer, supple red wine with spices and red berry flavours achieved by a partial air-drying of the grapes, Merlot and Corvina. Black cherry and leather on the nose following through on the palate with more spiciness developing. A wonderfully intriguing wine that lingers on the finish. Great value!

Following the tradition of super Venetian wines we crafted a unique blend obtained partially by dried grapes: this technique is called “appassimento”.

2 x Montecampo Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC 2023 (Italy)

This Montepulciano has a brilliant, attractive and warm ruby-red colour. The bouquet is ample and remarkably complex, with vinous and characteristic tones. Dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining, and a fine and harmonious balance.

Food Pairing: The wine can be consumed throughout a meal and makes a particularly fine accompaniment for all red meat and game dishes.

2 x Astrale Chianti DOCG 2024 (Italy)

The wine is ruby red in colour. The taste of wine is harmonious, and velvety, with light notes of liquorice and chocolate, with balanced acidity and an elegant finish. The wine exhibits expressive aromas with dominant shades of ripe cherries, plums, red berries and spices.

Food Pairing: The wine goes well with meat dishes, salads, and Italian cuisine.
