Maipo Valley, located just south of the Chilean capital Santiago is home to some of Chile's most prestigious wines, and producing some fantastic red wine varietals.

These fruity young wines looks to express the natural character of each of its varieties. The wines are intensely colored, have good concentration and are ready-to-drink.

4 x Viña Tarapacá Merlot 2019 (Chile)

Violet & deep ruby in colour with aromas of red fruits, vanilla, strawberry, cherry, pepper and black tea, with spicy and herbal hints. Medium in structure with juicy tannins.

Food Pairing: Pastas, oily fish, red meat and cheeses.

4 x Viña Tarapacá Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 (Chile)

Deep ruby in colour with aromas of vanilla, strawberry, cherry, pepper and black tea. Medium in structure with smooth tannins.

Food Pairing: red meats and cheeses.

4 x Viña Tarapacá Camenère 2019 (Chile)

Bright cherry red in colour. Aromas of strawberry with hints of cocoa and vanilla. There are spicy notes as well as smokeness with paprika. Medium bodied with smooth tannins.

Food Pairing: White and red meats, especially lamb or Mexican and Thai food.
