"Deep, ruby-purple colour, lighter on the rim. The bouquet is full and harmonious; aromas of red fruit interweave subtle floral, minty herbs enriched by spice. Full-bodied, aromas of raspberries, red plums intermix cashews, unfolding black pepper and dark herbs. The palate has vibrancy and a lightness contributes by lively acidity; fine-grained ripe tannin adds weight and texture. This Shiraz has the classic elements complemented by a vibrant acid line. Match with kangaroo stew and Mediterranean fare over the next 8 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Aug 2021
