The bouquet is full and harmonious with aromas of black cheery and plum, mocha and licorice. Full-bodied with unfolding notes of dark chocolate and hints of spice. The palate has vibrancy and lightness with red fruit flavours backed by a lively acidity. Fine-grained ripe tannins add weight and texture. A classic Barossa Shiraz.
