Returns Policy

We understand that every now and again you could come across a faulty bottle, or you haven’t enjoyed your first taste. If you are wanting to initiate a return, please send us an email to sales@blackmarket.co.nz with the details and we’ll be happy to discuss our return options with you. Please note that there may be a small collection fee for change of mind returns.

Please ensure that any item you wish to return to Black Market remains as close as possible to in its original packaging/labelling. If the products are damaged through misuse by you, Black Market is not obliged to accept the return.
