Pinot Gris

The Italian rendition, pinot grigio, is light and zesty, while most New Zealand examples are medium-bodied and juicy with ripe stone fruit and pear flavours lifted by subtle floral notes. The classic Alsace wines deliver richer mouthfeel, sometimes with honey, spice complexity. It is undoubtedly a crowd-pleasing variety with soft acid and smooth palate texture.
