Ruby red hue with garnet tinges, a full and ripe nose of red plums and roses with leathery, earthy undertones, a touch of vanilla accent. The palate is firm and enveloping, with excellent tannin structure, suggesting this wine will benefit from further bottle age, but it is already enjoyable.

100% Nebbiolo from 30 year old vines. Aged 24 months in French barriques, 12 months in large 30hl barrels, and a further 2 years in bottle.
