This wine has a rich luxurious nose with aromas of fresh, crisp apple, vanilla and a hint of spice. A beautifully textured wine showing delicate, ripe flavours of melon and pear, and hints of honeysuckle. The finish is Harmonious and round with excellent weight and length.

The fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness from a selection of vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere Valleys. After pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance the purity of varietal flavours.
