Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from selected vineyard sites in Marlborough capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity. With delicious aromas of fresh raspberry and ripe nectarine, the palate displays flavours of spiced apple, apricot and subtle spice. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed within the next 2-3 years. Vegetarian & Vegan friendly.

Food Pairing: A perfect aperitif or well matched with a summer salad & pan seared fish.
