Aromas of ripe apricots and red cherries with a hint of subtle spice. This Pinot Noir Rose has a fruit driven style with  flavours of spiced apple, and nectarine following through to a long lingering finish. 

The fruit was machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The grapes spent just a few hours on skins to extract the lovely colour of pale pink, then carefully pressed. After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fresh fruit flavours.

Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will be at its best over the next two to three years.

Food Pairing: A refreshing summer wine, to enjoy chilled on a summer’s day or to compliment a BBQ of fresh seafood and salads.
