Description

  • Sur lie
  • Peach & fig
  • White florals
  • Creamy mouthfeel

"It's immediately inviting on the nose showing white flesh peach, fig, Gala apple and subtle spice aromas, followed by a beautifully rounded palate that's creamy and flowing. Splendidly expressed and comforting for delightful drinking" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2020

"A lifted and refreshing bouquet with scents of baked white fleshed fruits and a fine lees autolysis complexity. Lemon and peach, fruit spice and fine chalk mineral quality. Flavours on the palate mirror the bouquet - fresh citrus and peach, baked apple then lees and spice. Crisp and refreshing acid line with a fine saline quality, a balanced and well made wine with best drinking from 2022 through 2028+" Cameron Douglas MS, Apr 2022

"A blend from the Burgundy region of France. A rich, creamy and appealing fizz with citrus fruit and a suggestion of fresh, bready lees. Good value at this price" Bob Campbell MW, Apr 2022

Pale gold colour with brilliant green tints and fine bubbles. Restrained and elegant on the nose with aromas of white flowers, pear and citrus fruits. Fine, elegant, dry, crisp and well-balanced on the palate.
