Amazingly intense nose of tropical passionfruit and fragrant ripe grapefruit. The palate is vibrant and crisp with nectarine, gooseberry and salty mineral notes. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and a lingering, silky finish. Made from fruit harvested throughout Marlborough predominantly in the lower Wairau sub-region and cool fermented in stainless steel to retain those fresh Marlborough flavours and zing.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with garlic prawns or pasta Primavera. Perfect for drinking now or at its best over the next two years.
