The Echo Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is fruit driven with refreshing acidity and a lingering mineral finish. Beautiful lifted aromas of blackcurrant and gooseberry with an expressive palate of green capsicum and sea salt.
The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough and was fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characters.
Food Pairing: A perfect match with juicy garlic prawns or on its own as an aperitif. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.
