"Already delicious, the 2020 vintage from Seresin is a bright pink, finely poised wine with peach, strawberry and watermelon flavours, showing excellent delicacy and depth, and a dry finish. Certified organic" Michael Cooper's Rose Wine Buy of the Year, 2021

"It's fabulously expressed on the nose showing raspberry, peach, crunchy apple and floral characters. The palate is equally satisfying with splendid juicy flavours together with refreshing acidity, offering terrific drinking" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2020

A lush, pretty rosé, showing notes of delicate Summer orchard and berry fruits, interlaced with pear drop floral notes. The palate shows depth and concentration, yet remains vibrant and refreshing. A delicious drink!

A harvest we will remember for a long time, not only for the added pressures and stresses that were thrown upon us by COVID-19, but more positively (and thankfully), for the splendid harvest conditions experienced in Marlborough and stunning fruit that we managed to harvest ... fittingly, the wines from 2020 will age beautifully and we will be drinking them for many years to come, remembering this unique vintage! After a warm and wet spring, flowering was experienced earlier supported by decent weather conditions, giving perfectly formed bunches and average yields. Fortunately, the last significant rain event was experienced just before Christmas, and from then on perfect ripening conditions were enjoyed. Dry, moderate day time temperatures and cool nights which certainly played a big part in creating white wines bursting with flavour and intensity, yet naturally balanced with vibrant acidity and generous length.

Certified organic grapes were machine harvested, destemmed then pressed immediately and chilled to cold settle for 48 hours. The clear juice was then carefully racked into a stainless-steel vessels. A long, cool fermentation proceeded, to enhance the bright, vivacious aromatics of Semillon and Pinot Gris. After a short period on lees, batches of Pinot Gris, Semillon and Pinot Noir (that had been traditionally made with three weeks macerating on skins) were blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.

Lovely colour and aroma. Excellent balance of fruit and dryness. Really good with grilled salmon and chicken.
