"Bright, pale straw-yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is fresh and vibrant, aromas of gooseberries, limes, mangoes, melded with green herbs and white florals. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, tropical fruit of mango, lime and gooseberry have an excellent juicy core, a touch of sea salt enlivened palate, unveiling fresh green herbs and elderflower notes. The acidity is electric, supporting the succulent tropical fruit, flows with great energy and flavours. The touch of sea salt balanced out the fruit and acid, broaden the palate and added interest. The rounded mouthfeel completes the wine to a lengthy finish. This is an up-front, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with tropical fruit, herbs and florals details with a long round finish.
