This Lighter Pinot Gris displays attractive floral aromas of white flowers and spring blossoms. The textural palate has flavours of pear and hints of exotic spices with an off dry finish.

A selected parcel of Pinot Gris was chosen that expressed vibrant flavours and balanced acidity early in the ripening process. Cool slow fermentation with neutral yeasts enhances the fruit flavours. Serve chilled.

Food Pairing: This Pinot Gris is the perfect pairing with fresh spring rolls or crispy noodle salad.
