A beautiful golden yellow in the glass, this dessert wine is a fine example of a traditional Sauternes. The wine is very long in the mouth with myriad of fruit flavours including pineapple, grapefruit, banana, vanilla, apricot and lemon, with delicate nuances of spice and honey.
Food Pairing: To be served between 11 and 13 ° C as an aperitif, this wine wonderfully accompanies foie gras, soft cheeses, fresh cheeses, fruits, fruit pies, ice cream and fruit sorbet.
