Ruby red of medium depth with purple hues. Subtle notes of plums, dark cherries and spicy oak. Medium bodied Shiraz showing soft and juicy dark fruit flavours. Mocha, oak and savoury tannins add length to the palate to create a youthful, well balanced wine.

Sourced from vineyards in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales, the parcels were carefully selected from various soil types to ensure a balance of style and flavour. The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in controlled environments before being blended and fined to produce the best possible Shiraz.

In the winery a cheeky little pig started to make a name for himself. Random mischievous acts were being encountered. Often accomanied by a glimpse of a curly tailed behind scrambling away with the cutest of little snorts. The winemakers could not help but love this little character; so much so they name a wine after him. Be assured, like he Shy Pig, this wine will be equally adored.
