An inviting crimson colour in the glass, displaying an intense and complex scent of ripe red fruits balanced by spicy undertones and a rich, creamy palate.
The grapes for this wine were picked traditionally vinified by means of a long maceration of skins at a controlled temperature. After the malolactic process, the wine decants in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing: Merlot works well with a variety of foods. Starters, first courses with tomato sauce, roasted lamb or roasted goat, game, cold cuts, or seasoned cheeses.
