Description

Deep ruby red colour in the glass. Displaying dark fruit aromas with a hint of dark chocolate. A full, round fine textured wine loaded with black fruits,black cherries and damson plums. The palate is silky with a lingering finish.

Harvested exclusively from Hawkes Bay vineyards, located in the iconic Gimblett Gravels wine growing district.

Hand-plunged daily before a light maturation in French oak for a full mouth feel and silky palate.
