This wine displays a deep, red colour in the glass with rich, ripe red fruit aromas and sweet pastry notes. On the palate, it is juicy, really fruity, with notes of red plum, berries and liquorice. The wine is soft and delicate but with a good structure and sweet tannins. This has a gorgeous, long, elegant aftertaste.

This decadent blend is of 15% Garnacha Tintorera, 25% Syrah, 60% Monastrell. The wine was aged for 4 months in oak barrels with an average age of the vines being 35 years old. The wine underwent short pruning, on bush trained vines. Harvested in September 2016, the fermentation lasted for 8-10 days at a temperature of 24-26 degrees, in stainless steel tanks.
