Beautifully balanced, with just the right amount of acidity and natural sweetness.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tSourced from The Mound Vineyard, situated on the South side of the Waipara River with deep free-draining gravels and a light loam top soil.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tGrowing conditions were excellent, starting off with a frost-free Spring. Good flowering and fruit set followed, supported by warm conditions. The hot and dry North Canterbury Summer ripened the fruit exceptionally. At the time of picking, the fruit was clean, healthy and bursting with concentrated flavours.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tFruit was picked whilst vibrant and clear of disease. Press cuts were made on all parcels.
