Aromas of vibrant melon, snow pea and wet river stone with a touch of tropical fruit. Bursting with rich, ripe fruit. This wine has a wonderful mouthfeel and a bright refreshing finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tGrapes were grown in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys of Marlborough.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tParcels were brought into the winery and quickly pressed and run to take to protect from oxidization. The juice was settled, then racked, warmed and inoculated with a range of aromatic yeasts. After approximately four weeks the ferments were finished. The wines were chilled and topped so that the aromatic flavours were released from the yeast lees.
