A delicious softly textured Rosé from Pinot Noir grapes, with aromas of soft pink marshmellows. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of strawberries and cream and a hint of spice on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish.

The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate flavor, aroma and colour and then carefully pressed.

Food Pairing: This wine is best enjoyed al fresco with close friends.  Perfect for drinking immediately this Rose will continue to deliver over the next 3 years.
