Bright garnet color, with an intense, persistent, full flavor. The Cannonau bears long aging. Should be stored in a cool, dark cellar, at constant temperature.
Cold maceration for 2 days and traditional maceration for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 24°C to 26°C (75°F to 79°F).
The Cannonau di Sardegna is characterized by its garnet color, with intense and persistently full flavor. It is high in antioxidants known as polyphenols and has red fruit in the palate. It also has notes of spices and blackberry. The tannins are not overwhelming. The Cannonau can be aged for a long time. Vigneti Zanatta was born in 2003. Focused in Veneto and Sardegna, the winery dedicates their winemaking to nature and tradition of the land. The area of Gallura is where Vigneti Zallura is located.
