A balanced palate that leans towards brightness and vibrancy that works well with the medium weight of the wine. Early season rainfall set up the vineyard for ripening fruit in April. The season wasn't especially hot but the intensity of light was notably different than other years. The culmination of these factors give the wine exceptional colour, a modest alcohol and a lovely overall balance and freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFood Pairing: This Syrah is ready to appreciate on release but with the structure to last several years in the cellar. Ideal food matches with moroccan and middle eastern cuisine.
