The finish is long and balanced.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePinot Noir grapes were hand harvested on the 31st of March 2025 at 22 Brix from Three Miners Vineyard, near Alexandra. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and then allowed to settle overnight. The juice was settled for 24 hours and then racked to two tanks and fermentation begun using various inoculated yeasts.
