Grown on the famous Glasnevin soils that are unique to this region.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter a superb growing season, the grapes were harvested in March and lightly pressed to tank. The clear juice was then inoculated with cultured yeast strains and fermented at cool temperatures to help capture the fresh fruit flavours. The wine spent an extended time on its yeast lees and some residual sugar was left to give a textural and balanced wine.
