The texture is smooth and weighty, leaving a lasting impression which makes the wine very appealing with or without food.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were picked when they were fully ripe and reached their most intense flavours. Machine-harvested in the cool of the early morning, the grapes were taken to the winery where the stems are removed and the grapes were pressed. The juice was then chilled and settled in stainless steel tanks before a specially selected yeast was added to enhance the wine’s fresh and fruity characters during fermentation.
