Perfectly suited to many cuisines, these wines are also crafted to ensure they are suitable for Vegans.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA cooler than average growing season, frost, the lack of rain and poor weather during flowering including strong winds throughout November and December resulted in lower yields however, the dry and consistent weather during picking resulted in a vintage of high-quality fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHealthy and problem free fruit is selected in the vineyard and then picked in the cool of the night and then rushed to the nearby winery for a fast and focused vinification.
