This wine was created to redefine the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc style. A real crowd pleaser, it is loved for its juicy, ripe flavours and restrained acidity. Each glass is brimming with succulent flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruit and crushed black currant leaf. The fruit flavour is balanced with crisp acidity and a distinct salty minerality, which combine to create a mouth-watering finish.

The limestone soils of this site give this wine its distinctive flinty character along with the typically aromatic Sauvignon Blanc you expect to see from New Zealand. The wine was fermented with wild yeast in their Kumeu cellars and displays all the lovely crisp fruit and delicious characters you expect to see from Sauvignon Blanc.

Showing bright aromatics of grapefruit, sweet herbs and nettle. Distinctive yellow citrus on the palate, with red capsicum and a splash of more tropical fruit. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid. Easy to drink on its own, or to match with food.

Food Pairing: Versatile on the table; try green lipped mussels or other shellfish, Caesar salad.

1 x Greenhough 'River Garden' Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Generous, bright aromas of floral citrus, fresh passionfruit, melon,  spice and a nettly, crushed herb fragrance.  The palate has an appealing breadth, a succulent core of soft citrus and rock melon suggestive of sweetness in spite of being genuinely dry in style.  A fine, mineral acidity balances and refreshes this fruit-rich, almost creamy mouthfeel which finishes with a hint of aromatic spice.

1 x Craggy Range Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Pale lime to pale straw. Aromas of fresh passionfruit pulp, kaffir lime leaf and lemon curd leap from the glass. The palate is electric; those tropical to citrus flavours follow through to the mouth, and a salivating, crunchy acid structure ensure the wine is not only highly drinkable, but the freshness has you reaching for that second glass.

Food Pairing: Sashimi, bluff oysters and trout risotto.
