As a family, we like to stop and enjoy lobster here, on the way to our vineyards in Marlborough.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrapes for this wine were grown in vineyards situated in the heart of Marlborough’s Central Valley. An export certified spray programme was adhered to. We operate under the Sustainable Winegrowing accreditation (SWNZ).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe harvested these grapes in March 2025. The grapes were harvested in batches determined by maturity of flavors. The vintage was clean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks. The controlled fermentation is used to maximize primary fruit aroma and flavor.
