Slow and steady ripening, without excessive heat events resulted in superb varietal fruit intensity with balanced natural acidity and fine tannin structures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOverall, 2022 was one the coolest ripening periods with very good spring rains and a cooler summer. This allowed for slow flavour enhancement.
