February through to March was dryer than normal leading to optimal picking conditions late April. A favourable vintage has been well rewarded.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tHarvested early April. Tank fermented with regular pumping over for colour, flavour and tannin extraction.
