Our winemaking is focused on minimal intervention with the use of wild yeasts, malolactic fermentation, lees contact and subtle oak to give our Chardonnay depth, complexity and personality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage has seen one of the earliest starts on record. Little to no rainfall during spring and summer in South Australia saw many picking grapes in the second week of January. Crop levels were down slightly due to September frost in some growing regions.
