This wine is aged for 9 months in used barrels to smooth its potential aromas and flavours, keeping its original character.
Food Pairing: It is a wine that surprises when matching the food with Navarra dishes such as ajoarriero (cod based dish), Idiazabal cheese and lamb. So delicious!
