This cool dry site is planted in clones 95, 15 and Mendoza, and consistently produces outstanding Chardonnay.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was harvested and immediately pressed before being run to older French barriques. Fermentation occurred with wild and inoculated yeasts followed by partial malolactic fermentation.
