The palate is generous but dry and crisp with a good length of flavour\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe Pinot Noir for this Rosé were sourced from a cool, dry, low-yielding vineyard in Marlborough’s Awatere Valley.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe grapes were hand-harvested, lightly crushed then allowed to steep for 3 hours before being gently pressed. The juice was cold settled, racked and then cool fermented to preserve the fresh fruit flavours.
