The palate is soft and textual with rich, buttery and juicy stonefruit flavours. The juice was inculated with specially developed, aromatic yeast strains to intensify varietal character development. Barrel-fermentation and 15 months' maturation on lees produced a bright, fruit-driven, complex style.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tFruit for this wine was carefully selected from some of Hawke's Bay's finest sites with the majority hand-harvested from the Mission Greenmeadows vineyard.
