The palate is round and full, brimming with flavours of juicy melon and white peach. Soft citrus undertones contribute to a dry, lingering finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe fruit for this wine was selected from vineyards across the Marlborough region. The grapes were monitored until peak ripeness where they were harvested and transported to the winery. The grapes were pressed, settled, racked and inoculated with a selected yeasts and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was further developed using oak staves and chips.
